Autism Essential Oils SLEEP – Spray Bottle
Essential oils are becoming increasingly popular in the autism and SPD community because they are easy to apply, all natural, have no known drug interactions and because families are finding them to be remarkably helpful. The Autism Essential Oils developed at the Autism Community Store have been blended with the specific needs and challenges of the community of people with autism, sensory processing disorder, ADHD and other neurological differences in mind, including difficulties with physical and emotional regulation, learning and sleep.
Ingredients:
Lavender – widely used and accepted for its calming and relaxing qualities
Vetiver – can be used for relaxation, calming, grounding effect on emotions.
Bergamot – it is calming and benefits agitation, depression, anxiety, insomnia.
